修复使用PG数据库时,站内信表、菜单权限表字段类型不一致问题

在`NotifyMessageDO`实体类中`read_status`是布尔类型，因此数据库中也要定义为 `bool` 类型，否则查询报错。菜单权限表`system_menu`表同理。
