定义node.js版本用的 node-version，取参数用的matrix.node_version，所以一直取不到。 看了下GitHub Actions的历史记录，以前也取不到版本号，只不过以前GitHub应该是默认使用的16.x版本，现在默认使用18.x版本了，而项目最高支持到17.x，所以以前不报错，但现在报错了。 Signed-off-by: 六楼的雨 <nianqinianyi@163.com>
